To ensure you receive services without delays, please complete all three onboarding steps. We’ve noticed some clients stop after the first or second step—don’t worry, we’re here to help you finish.

Step 1: Intake Form
This step helps us meet program requirements and match you with the right services.

Step 2: Intake Call
This conversation allows us to officially welcome you, explain next steps, and register you for services.

Step 3: Access Care
Depending on the service, you will receive an email or phone call to schedule your first visit.

Once all three steps are complete, you’re officially onboarded!

What To Expect

Our Clinical Manager will meet with you over zoom. A link will be provided in your confirmation email. Please check your spam and contact us if you have not received a confirmation email.

You must complete your intake assessment prior to logging on for your call. We will outline how we can provide the resources and support specific to the needs you’ve described.

This call is completely free and you are not required to register for any services. You will receive an email from us within 24 hours of completing the call, with clear instructions on how to register for free services.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the resources available to you, ask questions, and create a pregnancy game plan with the help of an experienced maternity professional.

Step 3:

Now that you’re enrolled, each service provider will reach out to you to schedule your first session. You have been emailed a guide with a description of all services and how to enroll. BMHCE has assigned you a Patient Navigator, who will reach out to you each month to ensure you are satisfied with all services and answer any questions.
